Bitter Sweet Dark Chocolate Sauce

• 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3/4 cup agave nectar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat on low or warm setting while stirring constantly until well combined. Don’t let the mixture boil.
2. Add water, if necessary, to bring to desired consistency. 3.
Once combined, remove saucepan from and heat and cool to room temperature.
