The website committee is looking for a few more members skilled in HTML, CSS, and WordPress CMS. If you are interested send an email to webmaster@greenehillfood.coop with your skills. Must be available to attend at least one in person monthly meeting (usually on Monday evenings) before starting tasks. After that you can work from home!

We are looking for 1-2 individuals who are looking to work from home to help respond to any cancellation requests and subsequent refund follow-up.

Due to the timely nature of these requests, the refunds’ email must be checked at least once/week to stay on top of questions and/or follow-up.

We are looking to recruit and train two new co-chairs for the following positions:

– From home, coordinate committee tasks alongside a robust and well-staffed committee (not including work pertaining to shift sign-up/shiftplanning); in particular, oversee monthly committee meeting.   This is an ideal opportunity for somebody who wishes to contribute to a core function of the Co-op and who can maintain general organization.

– Oversee the “membership desk” position at the Store.  In particular, help maintain the procedures for members working this role, in link with Allison (store coordinator) and 3-4 key members who work this shift 4+ hours/month.   This doesn’t require being at the Store each shopping day, but drop in from time to time and be available to help coordinate from home.

Are you interested in getting more involved with the Co-op and expanding our awareness in the neighborhood? We need some new/additional leaders for our Outreach and Food Justice Committees.  The jobs entail attending 1-2 mtgs per month, minimally oversee other committee members with their projects, supervise and approve work credit entries on Shift Planning and sometimes more.  Other than mtgs, all the work can be done from home. These positions do require some additional time (5 hrs per month or more), so this is perfect for people wanting to put in a more work now, in order to bank hours for future time off (one year commitment is requested).  Interested?  Email either: outreach@greenehillfood.coop or FoodJustice@greenehillfood.coop (depending on which position you are interested in) for more details.

We need someone(s) to help recruit and schedule our regular and special event tabling opportunities. This work is done primarily via email, so an ideal job for someone who wants to work from home and that is a clear and prompt communicator.

This is a seasonal position, meaning it runs from mid March – mid Oct. with the shifts being roughly 4 hrs every 4 weeks (instead of the normal 2).  This is perfect for someone that wants to bank hours during those heavy months in exchange for no work in the winter. Greene Hill Store Coordinator

Our work tracking team is looking for 1-2 members who can help out with emailing members regarding their work history and respond to questions.  If you’re looking to work from home and be part of a very important component of the Co-op, please email Angela directly at worktracking@greenehillfood.coop.

Are you well organized and looking to be part of a fun, ever-growing committee? We really need a general coordinator to attend our committee meetings (every 2nd Thursday of the month), keep our google group updated, as well as our list of current tasks and responsibilities.   3hrs/month.  Please email membership@greenehillfood.coop.  This will be an enormous help overall.
